A Compassionate Approach to Clearing Unhelpful Energies
Spirit Release Therapy is a gentle, therapeutic process designed to identify and clear influences that may feel intrusive, draining, or not entirely your own. In some cases, people experience patterns, emotions, or shifts in behaviour that feel unfamiliar or difficult to explain. This work offers a way to explore and resolve those experiences safely and respectfully. External energies can also be removed from properties, land, or anywhere they may have become stuck - this can be done in situ or remotely. 

Understanding Energetic Influence
At times, people may feel affected by:
  • Persistent emotional states that don’t feel like their own
  • Sudden or unexplained changes in behaviour or habits
  • A sense of heaviness, confusion, or lack of clarity
These experiences can have many causes - psychological, emotional, or energetic. Spirit Release Therapy explores the possibility that, in certain situations, there may be an external energetic influence contributing to how a person feels.

When Might This Occur?
People may feel more open or sensitive to external influences during periods of vulnerability, such as:
  • Emotional distress or trauma
  • Significant life changes
  • Prolonged stress or exhaustion
  • Altered states of awareness (including illness, anaesthesia, or substance use)
In these states, personal boundaries - emotional or energetic - may feel less defined.

This work is approached with care, professionalism, and respect. It is not based on fear or confrontation. Instead, Spirit Release Therapy works through:
  • Deep relaxation and focused awareness
  • Gentle exploration of the experience
  • Clear communication and understanding
  • Resolution and release of any unhelpful influence

How the Process Works
Using a guided, relaxed state (similar to hypnosis), we explore what may be present and how it is affecting you. If an external influence is identified, it is addressed through a calm, structured process that allows it to move on appropriately. This is done:
  • Without force or conflict
  • With compassion and understanding
  • In a way that supports both the individual and the resolution of the experience
