Throughout the 5 days there will be a mixture of talks, experiential exercises, chanting, meditations, physical movement and incredible nature experiences. This experience is more than just a retreat; it has been carefully designed for people who really want to change their lives and have a complete holistic experience rather than just a holiday. The aim of the trip is to help you find the truth of who you really are and ensure that you have all the tools you need to become fully empowered and live your best life. You will leave with a wide range of tools that you can continue to use, for the rest of your life. We will be doing the workshops outside, although there is cover from the sun. Accommodation is basic, but charming and most rooms are shared.* The food is lovingly prepared and vegetarian options are always available. The food is balanced and healthy and provides all the nutrients and nourishment that is required to be healthy and strong. Some meals may be taken at local Tavernas.
