A Different Approach to Speaking with Confidence
Do you feel nervous at the thought of speaking in front of others? Do you worry about forgetting what to say, being judged, or “not performing well enough”?

What’s Really Going On
Fear of public speaking is rarely about the audience itself. It is often driven by subconscious patterns - such as fear of judgement, past experiences, or internal pressure to get everything “right.” These responses can trigger anxiety in the body:
