I think that the training has been just prefect. Spending the initial time coaching the colleagues on behaviours and spending time in store on the technical aspects was exactly the right way of completing this. It was great to see the change in attitude and behaviour of the colleagues. From the initial worry and apprehension when we discussed changing things to the understanding and confidence they now have after just a few days makes me a lot happier as I am sure that the ser vice levels will remain high. I have felt that the standard of coaching, knowledge and patience that Lorraine has shown the team has been fantastic. Really happy and engaged team equals a really happy store manager.
