Have you ever tried to lose weight only to find that you put it all back on later?

Generally one to three sessions are advised in order to create a new relationship to food and deal with any unwanted habits. The sessions are best taken at least three weeks apart. Each session sets realistic goals that are easy to achieve as well as a longer term goal for the future.
