Incredible Past life sessions this week, just such an honour to go on these journeys with people. The amount of emotion that gets released is just staggering, and the way it makes sense of what is happening in the present is so amazing, every time.

Today i got to learn more about Chi gung, with Cathy Dixon, an amazing energy healer, left buzzing with energy and new ideas for the future. Cathy and I have been discussing how we can tie our work together to really help people to change their lives. Looks like September 18th and 19th might just be busy for us, with a fabulous Empowering weekend. More later.

Had the most wonderful trip to Glastonbury yesterday, with Ursula James, for her talk at the Positive living group, with Liz and some really lovely people. What a joy to meet them all.

Had the most wonderful day on Sunday, teaching self hypnosis in Myhotel in Chelsea. A really lovely group of people who made the day very special. 
Wonderful to share the things that I have learnt along the way and know that these people are now equipped with the tools they need to change their lives for the better. Being able to change the way they think, they way they feel and the way that they behave and that their lives need never be the same again.

Looking forward to the next one, where we will be exploring the world of Past Life regression. It will be  fascinating and insightful day.
